`Homes sell for two reasons; price and exposure.  If the house is priced correctly for the market it will generate interest which leads to a sale.  If nobody knows the house is for sale then there is no way for interest to be generated.  This is why I provide my clients with a Comparative Market Analysis that makes sense and justifies pricing.
