A recent study compiled by the app OfferUp, ranks the River City at #4 in the nation. The app, which functions as a local marketplace, allows users to rank the friendliness of their interaction, and San Antonians are among the most amicable. The app also reports that there has been a flood of people donating necessary items during the pandemic, and a 22% uptick in of free items listed this year.
